For those who don't OR can't comprehend/understand what the rules mean, here they are in NEWBIE terms:

All #Chat-World users are expected to follow the channel rules, which are;

1: No swearing, obscenities, or vulgarities
Swearing: saying BAD words. Some may consist of saying f**k pregnant dog thingy
2: No sexually explicit or obscene nicks
Bad Nicks: Big thingy, Big thingy, IHaveBigTitties
3: No advertising of IRC channels or Mass Invites
Any other rooms except #Chat-World. Please be aware of using the # as certain scripts may kick when using such symbol. Mass Inviting would consist of Inviting people in private to join a room and or certain website or irc network
4: No autogreets on join or exit or invites
Autogreets consist of messaging people entering a room with an automated script, such as Hi Nickname in the main room or in private
5: English language only, take other languages to private chats or channels
6: No over usage of CAPS, Caps are considered as Yelling and or Rude !!
7: No harassing of the OPs
Example of harassing ops include begging of voice, ops and/or saying bad things/swearing in the main room and or PM. Some Ops might just ignore you
8: No rudeness toward other users or obnoxious behavior
Same thing as above but this is towards all users. If no OPs/IRCops are available, please use the /ignore nickname-IP command. If harassment continues please notify their ISP. Example abuse@domain Look up their ISP by looking it up via search engine
9: No rudeness about a user's ethnic, morals, or religious beliefs
10: No remarks about a user's sexual preferences
11: Do not ask or beg for OPs (@) or Voice ( + ).. We do the choosing!
Please remember that OP's will grant you + when you are an active chatter in the main room. Just because you get this once, doesn't automatically become a set thing each time you return to the room. These are given and removed at an OP's discretion.
12: No Flooding with text, action, ASCII characters, or ASCII art flooding!
Examples: Flooding - Repeating of a sentence or word in rapid sucession | Ascii text - ! " % & ' ( ) * + , - . / : ; < = > ? ¶ § ¢¥º

13. Unofficial Rule - Op Decision - Please Reffer from Religious/Political Discussions in the room. As this tends to ignite conflict in the room. Take this to private chat or another room

Please remember that the rules apply to everyone. If you dont accept these rules or follow them, you can always visit a number of other rooms on DALnet.
